I see these questions in the search engine that brought someone to us, so I thought I'd answer them here for everyone.
Again, "long story short", the answer is yes. If you are experiencing the severe pain of neuropathy from diabetes, or a number of other side effects from it or the medications, you can get your card. Even better news, Smokeless Cannabis Remedies (SCRs) will change your life, improving it immensely. You can regulate your blood sugar and be pain-free and you never once have to "smoke any pot!" You can rub salve on your burning nerve pain and it will disappear instantly. You can take three capsules a day and you will prevent it instead of having to treat it. And there's no negative side effects. All diabetics should be using SCRs, I kid you not. You will be simply amazed at how your body will adjust once it has the needed cannabinoids.
For Eczema, because of the pain it can cause, you may have a case for a card. Because of the side effects of the prescription drugs typically used, I highly recommend you discuss this further with your doctor and learn more about Smokeless Cannabis Remedies. The carrier oils are very important. If you are in the area, please contact us and let's talk about this more. Call and schedule your appointment with us at 541-981-2620.
We would appreciate your "Like" at the top of the page. Supporting Cannabis as a healing herb does not mean that "you smoke pot". It means that you know there is a better way than taking poisonous chemicals into your body. Tell a friend and stop the pain and suffering! Cannabis kills cancer and is a necessary constituent in our body.
We are so excited for our pain pump patient and their family; the pump has been removed! All is well and recovery is coming along nicely. Big smiles all around and more details to follow in the not too distant future. We are so blessed to be a part of this, and so happy to see this family getting their lives back! Pain is miserable, and many, many years on pharmaceutical pain meds is even more miserable. We look forward to bringing you "The Testimonial" as soon as they are ready to share it. Stay tuned!
One of our prostate study patients was in for a brief visit this week and reported that he has increased flow already. He is understandably happy and is looking forward to continued improvement and a return to "standard ops!"
Our doctor consults are filling fast. Do you have your records in hand? You might be able to get in on 10/30 - but you must be pre-qualified so contact me now. All records will all need to be in by noon Tuesday to be considered. We will then be booking our 11/12/13 appointments. Please tell a friend!
We have something very exciting to tell you about - but it will have to wait until Tuesday, or Monday evening at the soonest. You are going to LIKE this, that's for sure!
With that I bid you adieu for now.
So today included my third colonoscopy, the next one being in three years. It also included educating some healTHCare workers, some humor, and some tense moments with the doctor when we didn't agree on what he thought should and would happen today.
It began at check-in when the cheerful receptionist was asking me the typical questions and gets to "what prescriptions do you take?" I reply with, "None. I only use Cannabis, usually Smokeless Cannabis Remedies ... capsules, tinctures, salve ... but sometimes I do smoke it". She looked at me like I'd just broken either rule #1 or #2 of getting a colonoscopy. (If you've had one you know what they are ... if not they are: 1. No food. 2. There are no farts after you drink that horrible clean-you-out medicine.)
I got out my business card, made sure she knew the back is covered with information, and proceeded to tell her that "we're a three generation card-holding family, Momma is 79 years old, (I'm 52, Kendra almost 29) and none of us take ANY prescription medication on a regular basis". She really turned her attitude around and even had some questions. She promised to check out our website, so we shall see!
The humor came in when the nurse asked me if I had any foreign objects in my body. We had just been talking about the tubes I got put in my ears nearly three years ago and that my ears are plugged again so I asked her if she would look in my ears and see if the tubes were still in there. She insisted they didn't have a scope that would do that ... I said, "Oh yeah, wrong end!" She liked it. ;)
Oh and then came the doctor. I called last week and told them that I wanted it on the record that I was not authorizing any more than a "look see" at how I was healing after the removal of the "silver-dollar sized "flat" polyp six months ago. I spoke those words again today when checking in and was told that I needed to be sure and say that as soon as I was taken back to the room. So I did and the nurse did the paperwork she needed to do, and later the doctor came in. He was not happy. I can't help it. He said if the polyps were there, it is usually five years before they are cancerous. I had 24 of them removed two years ago, and none of them were cancerous. I believe there were a dozen or so during the last procedure six months ago, and it is my belief that it is the GMOs in our food that are causing them and that cutting on the inside of your body is the worst thing you can do. If there is cancer, it will most likely spread once you cut on it. So ... he knew that was the deal ... and it was very obvious he was upset with my choice.
Post Op he was cranky with me because there were 10 new polyps, and 2 at the site (in front and behind) of the one he removed if I remember the locations correctly. He told me again about the five years until they typically turn into cancer if they are going to, and this time said that they sometimes just resolve on their own. I have to think that those that "just resolve on their own" are likely treated by patients using Cannabis Oil and they didn't tell their doctor. I told him I'll treat mine with Cannabis and get them looked at again in three years. He told me he would never treat himself or a family member with Cannabis ... I told him that's OK because I have no plans of using chemo, and neither does the rest of my family. I don't know if he was pulling my leg or not, but he said one in two gets cancer now ... Really? Fifty percent?! Half?! I again told him I'm sure it's the GMOs that is causing the skyrocketing colon cancer epidemic. He didn't like that, either and defends them. That scares me.

Long story made short? (Well that's about the pun of the century!) Take three capsules a day. Problem solved, impotence resolved. I realize I could and should write an entire blog on this topic, but that's really about the size of it (not another...)
Bringing your body to homeostasis, perfect balance, is easy and makes all systems run as designed. The numbers reflected on your lab results will be straight up the middle. If you have an enlarged prostate, CannaSupps are your best bet. In other words ---> (someone has to say it)
The cause for the impotence determines the best route for ingestion. If it's an enlarge prostate, capsules in the morning and afternoon and then a suppository at sleep time would be best if you want to get faster results. The suppository will likely induce sleep and keep you asleep for the night, likely helping you curtail the use of another pill. This is not like using Viagra or any other pill or pump, this is about ending the problem and enjoying wellness.
If you are wondering why it works, it is because one of the many properties of Cannabis of being an anti-inflammatory. The enlarged prostate is inflamed - this is the remedy.
Impotence is often a side effect of taking blood pressure medications. If that is the case for you, here's the perfect two birds with one stone fix. Cannabis regulates blood pressure in short order, thus removing the cause of the impotence ---> that pesky pharma poison.
Which reminds me- while we're on the topic, we still have 2 openings in the prostate study. Call and make an appointment now to learn more. Our number is 541-981-2620. We prefer appointments be made between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. For best service, appointments are now needed same-day appointments available!
Are you or someone you love experiencing the negative effects of an enlarged prostate or prostate cancer? Would you (or they) like to be a part of a 30 day Cannabis Study? Participants must be a cardholding patient, willing and able to administer doses nightly for a month, and report findings. Complete confidentiality is guaranteed.
Click HERE to contact us via email, or call 541-981-2620 and ask for an appointment regarding the mens study. If you are not yet a cardholder but are interested, we may be able to "save a place" for you. We will have doctors performing consults on October 30th and November 12th so you could get the paperwork for your card signed at that time if you are unable to get your own MD or DO to sign. You need to be pre-qualified to be scheduled for a consultation so, if you don't have copies of your medical records, you can download our Release of Information form HERE, sign it and bring, email or fax it back to us or your doctor and get the ball rolling.
Do you need the paperwork for your doctor to sign? You can get it from us at Albany's Canna Kitchen or you can download it at the OMMP website HERE. All of the forms are available there, but you first need the Attending Physician's Statement if you're going to an appointment with your own doctor and asking them to sign. The biggie there is that they must be a MD or DO. If they won't or aren't qualified to sign, then you need to come see us.

While I've been using both my (formerly) broken arm and my Canna Deodorant on a daily basis, Sunday I put both to the ultimate test. I mowed Mom's lawn as well as my own. Not only does my wrist not hurt, "I didn't stink!"
I still use the salve day and night to keep the pain away. If I don't use it at bedtime, in the morning my hand is quite stiff and sore. So, it's easy to see why I use it. This was the first time I've ever broken a bone, and the first time I've mowed the lawn all season thanks to the broken bones and Kendra stepping up and mowing for me! (Thank you again my beautiful daughter!)
The deodorant, as I noted, is very effective. I prefer the basic version (without wax) because the wax in the travel version is harder to wash off. It doesn't travel to warm climates very well, but does just fine staying home here in Oregon. I am very very happy with how well it works and it's nice to not be putting aluminum into my body every day. Have you tried Canna Deodorant yet?
For the people wanting to know how to dry leaves for salve. It's nice to have a large rack or window screen to lay them on ... but if not, newspaper is a do-able drying surface. You can lay the newspaper on the counter or on the floor if you don't have pets. (You obviously don't want to get hair in your plant matter, so be cautious of the surroundings). When they are crunchy and dry, bring them in and we'll convert them to salve! If you are drying bud, you will want to hang them. Leaving a 'hook' when cutting the stem is the best thing you can do so you have a place to hang them from; else you might have to pin them.

Today Sally asked, "What is the best use for 'seedy weed'?" Rhea's reply? "Smokeless Cannabis Remedies, of course! The seeds are an added benefit when it comes to SCRs." Call and make your appointment to have your harvest converted this year. We're really getting busy, but we'll certainly get to your order as early as possible. Cannabis needs to be dry to be processed, and be free of mold.
You know we're having a doctor here again on October 29th, right? Get your records to us or come in and sign a records release and we'll fax it to your doctor's office. You must be pre-approved to see the doctor.
Today was our first OMMP clinic, and as I said on our facebook page, it was "wildly successful!" It was so nice to meet the people we had only talked to on the phone, and it was also great to see some of our regular patients who were able to renew today. It is always rewarding to help the new cardholders get set up and ready to move forward in controlling their pain or other ailment, and we were able to do that, too.
The thing that really stood out the most in my mind at the end of the day was this. At one point during the clinic, there were two women in the waiting area who had gone to the same small high school and graduated a year or two apart. They didn't recognize each other as I had hoped they would, and due to the confidential nature of healTHCare and HIPAA one would never pipe up and say, "hey, look who is here that you might know!" I thought it might have been nice for them to be able to compare notes on using Smokeless Cannabis Remedies (SCRs) and the like ... but it just wasn't to be so. I also met the son of "a kid I went to school with" and would love to tell his father what a nice family he has, but that's out of the question too. It's such a small world, and this world is waking up to the benefits of Smokeless Cannabis Remedies and that makes me happy!
Our second clinic will be on October 29th. Who can you send to us to get pre-qualified and scheduled? We will fax the records request to the patients doctor, the patient must first sign it though. If need be, we can email you the form to fill out and return. The first 20 who are prequalified and scheduled will only pay $125 (cash) all others will pay $150. If paid by card, a 3% fee will apply. What are you waiting for? Contact us by clicking HERE or call 541-981-2620. All calls are returned.
I'm Rhea ... I own the place. My beautiful daughter Kendra manages the Canna Kitchen Store (and more!) We're a great team committed to helping you with all of your smokeless Cannabis needs. Come see us, you'll be glad you did!
